  • Payment Information = The first monthly payment will be due 2-months AFTER THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED (30-day grace period). But the interest starts accruing the day the project is completed.
  • Interest rates range from 10.95% - 17.95% depending on credit score.
  • Max Term = 15 years but there is no penalty for paying the loan off early.
